A Tale of Two Cities Study Guide CD-ROM Overview

Looking for more than activity sheets or a who-did-what series of questions? Want to dig into the essence of the novel? This study guide provides easy-to-use, reproducible lessons on literary terms, comprehension and analysis, critical thinking, related scriptural principles, vocabulary, and activities, plus a complete answer key. Examines issues from a Christian perspective. Excellent for private schools and home study. Also an excellent reference for public school teachers, but biblical references may have to be removed.

This CD-ROM version of the study guide is a .pdf file, printable from PCs or Macs using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Using the CD, teachers may print out the pages they wish to use for handouts, rather than make photocopies from the booklet. The CD-ROM is not interactive.

Tale Of Two Cities Rap

802 do work Tale Of Two Cities, was the name of the book I read it so fast, they call me captain hook It was a couple pages, two hundred or so But to get the full meaning, I'll go over it slow I read the whole thing, didn't miss a chapter No spark notes nothing, they call me the raptor The book's a little boring, a couple of times But after this rap, you'll be singin' my rhymes The book was writin', by a man named Dickens As you go further, the story thickens It may get confusing, or hard to get But when im done with this song, you won't forget Now to start things off, we'll have to bring you back It's the seventeen hundreds, and the times are whack The setting takes place in England and France Everything looks good at first glance "Recalled to life," is an important part You discover a man, with a bleeding heart He was thrown in prison, for some odd years Finally got out, and made shoes like engineers This man had a daughter, that he'd never met It was a pretty blonde girl: Lucie Manette Lucie met her father, for the very first time Which is the soul reason, for writin' this rhyme So Darnay's in jail and the future seems grim Revolutionary's takin' names and hackin' off limbs The court date comes and the French are on their toes When the doctor steps up and throws it down on them Joe's Our boys got a name that could cause some worry Fills the jury up with fury, fury'atin in a hurry But this man is clean, says I to you Plus I'm a man from north tower, wanna scope my tatoo ...
